WHERE IS THE STORE BASED? 

We are a multinational online company and ship directly from our (sweat-free) partner factories located in China and Hong Kong. This means that items are often shipped separately (when ordering multiple items). 

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CLOTHING?

Product sizing varies from item to item and all our clothes have their own measurement charts! Please keep in mind that our clothes are manufactured in Asia, often foremost targeting local audiences, which means that you can expect the sizes to be smaller than what you are used to in Europe/US!

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY OF THIS STORE?

Please contact our customer support before returning any items.
Strictly no returns or exchanges unless items do not fit the product description or have defects. Customers need to contact us no later than 30 days after receiving the item! Please make sure you are ordering the correct variant and size. We ask you to check the product descriptions and measurements carefully before ordering.
You may return a defect product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. No refund will be given if the product has been damaged after the customer has received an item. Make sure to include your contact information with the return and please provide us with a tracking number if possible. In order to avoid any customs duties please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Deliveries may take anything from a week to up to a month, depending on where you live (bigger US and European cities usually enjoy the fastest deliveries)

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Please contact us if you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS? 

We ship from different parts of China, some items might thus arrive earlier than others. 

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?

The buyer is solely responsible for any custom duty fees which may occur. The custom tax laws vary depending on your country, a large majority of our items are however priced below the maximum tax-free value for imported goods in most countries. In practise this means that additional customs taxes are a rarity for our customers.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?

Please message us as soon as possible in case you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
